Delivery estimates
The delivery window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier disruptions and peak shopping periods can occasionally affect a delivery. If an order is taking longer than expected, contact us with your order number and we will help.
Tracking
When a fulfillment includes a carrier tracking number, it becomes available on your order status. You can sign in using the email address used at checkout through Track Your Order.
Address changes
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible. We can only consider changes before fulfillment has begun.
